- To reserve a car or accommodations, all you need is a credit or debit card.
- You’ll also need to bring your passport, your reservation confirmation, and your driver’s license;
- Important: Check the rental terms and conditions of each provider when renting a vehicle or booking accommodations;
- Each provider has its own rules. Some may require additional identification, a contract addendum, or refuse certain credit cards; they may also refuse to rent to a driver whose license has been valid for less than 36 months and require that the car be used within a radius of no more than 250 km² of the car’s location.
- We make it easy for you to find a rental car or accommodations that suit your needs, anytime. Here’s what we offer: a wide selection of vehicles (from compact cars to SUVs) and all types of accommodations, 24-hour support, and free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for most reservations.
- All service providers must first purchase their own two-way insurance, and then select one of the joint coverage plans offered by MonEvasion;
- First of all, please note that all of our service providers are required to equip their vehicles with a GPS tracking device;
- All customers in Canada, the United States, and Europe are required to purchase joint coverage;
- In the event of an accident, the vehicle's liability insurance covers damage caused to others, and MonEvasion's supplementary coverage will step in to cover damage to your vehicle if your insurance does not cover it;
- All accidents must be reported to MonEvasion within 24 hours of their occurrence, along with photos of the damage and the accident site, which must be within the legal radius;
- A copy of the accident report and a copy of the primary driver's driver's license must be kept in the car's trunk.

- Our rates also include any additional services you have already added (for example, a GPS or a child seat);
- They do not include any supplemental insurance policies you might purchase on your own.
